PLANNING inspectors have dismissed two appeals against planning decisions made by Malvern Hills District Council.
They have upheld decisions to refuse planning permission for a new detached residential unit at 1 Arosa Drive, Malvern, and for a conservatory to be replaced with ‘two storey and single storey extensions’ at The Coach House, in Westminster Road, Malvern.
