MALVERN Hills District Council's garden waste collection service kicks off for 2011 on Monday, February 28.
The charge remains the same as last year at £60 for the full year – or £2.31 per collection.
Coun Bronwen Behan, portfolio holder for environmental control said: "All the material collected by the garden waste service is composted and turned into a fantastic soil improver, which means your dead leaves are giving life to new roots and shoots.”
