THE theatre is returning to a Malvern church next month.
On Sunday, March 13, St Peter’s in Cowleigh Bank will be welcoming the New Perspectives Theatre Company who will be performing Lark Rise to Candleford.
The church has become a popular venue for theatre over the past year or so, hosting several shows as part of the Shindig scheme - which aims to bring the arts to rural and community venues.
Organiser Andrew Judd said: “The events we have held have been very well received and supported, and I certainly think we have shown there is an audience for them, so this is something we’d like to keep running.
“New Perspectives were the first theatre company that the church hosted, and we’re delighted that they are returning.”
Lark Rise is at 7.30pm and tickets cost £8 (under 16s £6) from 01684 893858.
