UPTON Blues Festival is celebrating the festive season with a special fundraising gig on Thursday, December 16, and all music lovers are urged to support it.
The gig at the Star Hotel features well-known local musicians Guilty Pleasures. Entry is free, but there will be a raffle and tombola to raise money for the festival.
Festival committee member Ruth Etheridge said: "The festival is a free event, but it costs us quite a lot of money to put it on, so we have to raise funds somehow.
"We hope people will support us with this fundraising gig." The concert starts at 9pm.
