VOLUNTEER driver service Upton Community Care has welcomed three new members following a recent recruitment appeal, which was supported by the Malvern Gazette.
The charity has also received a ‘Commendation for Excellence’ from the Worcester Compact organisation for its work with Upton Surgery.
After collecting a certificate from the council chamber at County Hall, in Worcester, co-ordinator Sue Spackman said: “It’s rewarding for our drivers and office staff to know their efforts are appreciated by others, besides our clients.”
