LINK Nurseries in Powick is holding plant sales on both of May's Bank Holiday Mondays.
The nursery provides people who have experienced mental illness with the opportunity to undertake purposeful horticultural work in a realistic work environment.
They have been busy getting flower and vegetable plants ready for the Bank Holiday sales and preparing hanging baskets and tubs A wide range of flowers will be available, from antirrhinums to verbenas, and for those looking to grow to eat, there will be brussel sprouts, cabbage, courgette, cucumber, lettuce, marrow, peppers, strawberry and tomato plants available along with a range of herbs.
The nursery is at Hamilton Close, off Hospital Lane in Powick, or for those with satellite navigation, at WR2 4NH. It will be open from 9am to 4pm on May 5 and 25.
