BBC's Midlands Today news programme is this evening (Tuesday) due to broadcast a story on a Malvern restaurant's planning fight.
As reported in depth by the Malvern Gazette, Pepper and Oz, in Abbey Road, has been in dispute with Malvern Hills District Council about the large parasol in front of its premises.
Presenter Bernadette Kearney was this moring at the restaurant with a BBC news crew filming a piece about the disputae.
