A PUB landlord has been ordered to pay more than £4,000 after being sentenced for drug crimes.
Stephen Croft, licensee of the Halfway House, in Malvern Road, Powick, was jailed in March for four months by a judge sitting at Hereford Crown Court.
He has been released early after serving half his sentence.
The 50-year-old pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and possession of drugs with intent to supply.
Peter Carr, prosecuting, said Croft's drug profits amounted to £4,435.
West Mercia police had already seized £3,080 from the defendant, so he still owed £1,355.
Recorder James Sampson, sitting at Worcester Crown Court, ordered Croft to pay the balance in a week or face two months in prison.
Defence counsel Michael Aspinall assured the court that Croft would be able to pay the money from existing funds.
