A GROUP fighting for the survival of outdoor education centres has urged people to continue supporting its campaign.
Worcestershire Outdoor Education Development Association (WOEDA) has become a focus point for people wanting to keep open the county's three centres, including the one in West Malvern.
The call comes after it was revealed that the county council is working on a business plan to retain them, after withdrawing £700,000 in subsidy.
Officers have been asked to find a way to get more schools to use the centre and allow them to run without support from taxpayers' money.
WOEDA has urged people not to wait for the outcome of this, but to let councillors know how they feel ahead of next week's elections.
