A NUMBER of distinctive
sheep have been reported
missing from Castlemorton
Common.
The disappearance of the
flock of Herdwick sheep was
reported to the police on
Tuesday, although they may
have vanished up to a week
before that.
The flock includes 25 ewes
and one ram, with grey bodies
and white heads, along
with a number of large lambs
which are all black.
PCSO Lisa Freeman said
there had been a number of
sheep disappearances in
recent weeks, including 10
lambs at Broomhall, near
Worcester, in two incidents
on June 12 and 17, 10 sheep
from Clifton-on-Teme on May
28, and eight lambs from Elmley
Lovett on June 25.
