We welcome back Gillian Hales to our Tuesday 15th November meeting. She promises to be accompanied by a parliament of live owls (possibly up to ten) when she talks to us about ‘Native U.K. Owls’. Gillian rescues owls and will talk about her experiences and share her knowledge about these fascinating birds. As her last talk was suitable for all ages, children, accompanied by an adult, will be most welcomed to attend and meet the owls.
There is no open meeting in December as it is the members Christmas Party. Club night resumes on 17th January 2017 with a talk from Dr. Ian Ferguson about Growing and Storing Vegetables.
We meet the third Tuesday of the month at West Malvern Village Hall at 7.30pm. Membership is £5 and includes a bi-annual newsletter, Christmas Party, a Treasure Hunt, Annual Show, Annual Dinner and various other activities. Meetings are £2 for members and £3 for visitors with refreshments provided. We are a friendly group and always happy to meet new people, so why not come and join us?
