WITH 2012 being a significant year of celebration for both the Olympics and the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, Malvern Hills District Council has decided to restore the tradition of flying its own flag from the Council House in Priory Park.
It has been many years since the flagpole was used to fly the council flag, with the pole being used only occasionally to raise the Union Flag on Remembrance Day.
