THE teaching of the Christian Church is that in the beginning God created the heavens and the earth and every creature after its kind.
(evolution or adaption taking place within its kind).
The teaching of Darwin is that the clever design of the human body, the clear odourless air and water we need for life, the absolute critical distances between sun, moon and earth are all a product of blind chance and needed no creator.
How then can the church possibly celebrate a man whose unproved theory has damaged the faith of millions? Common sense tells us that any design needs a designer, a building needs a builder, The complete absence of any of Darwin’s “intermediate “ life forms and recent discoveries of DNA and protein have damaged the evolution theory so in order to escape the obvious they spend billions on a particle accelerator that has now broken down again.
As Saint Paul says in his letter to the Romans on the subject “professing themselves wise they became foolish”
