SORRY for not being around lately but my computer has died, and I'm on a borrowed one at the moment.
Aug 11: 30 mins cross trainer.
12: Run Sunday route 25.45 mins. shaved 1.15 mins off.
13: Rest day. Joined gym, induction tomorrow.
14: 7.30-9 first gym session, devised new program, 763kcals.
15: Rest day.
16: gym session using new program 758kcals.
17: Run Sunday route 25.52mins, plus seven seconds. Difficult breathing today, very tight.
18: (48 days left) gym session using new program 666kcals, don’t know why kcals are less but there you are.
19: Run Sunday route 25.50mins. shaved only two seconds off. Real struggle today, difficulty with breath.
20: Gym session, trouble again with managing breathing.
21-24: Managed to get chest infection …at least it explains breathlessness.
25: Tried a run just about got round but time way off... My poor old faithful dog Bruno died today aged a mere 14 years, after a long struggle, not a happy bank holiday.
26: Rest day.
27: Gym workout, very hard to keep going.
28: Run the Sunday run; 26 mins so not too bad 29: Rest day.
30: Am off for a week in Cornwall so shall be training on the sunkissed beaches at Hayle and St Ives.
