A SECTION of the A44 is set to be closed for nearly two days on the edge of Worcester.

The A44 between Swinesherd Way and Pershore Lane will be closed from 7am on Saturday (November 7) until 4.30pm on Sunday. (November 8).

A Worcestershire County Council spokesperson said: "Works in this location are being carried out by a Private Undertaker."

Road signs warning of the closure have been in place at either end of Spetchley for a number of days.
