OVER 35,000 speeding offences were recorded on Worcestershire's motorways in 2025.
98,451 speeding offences were caught by West Mercia Police last year, a Freedom of Information request has shown.
Of those, 36 per cent (35,391) offences were committed on either the M5 or the M5 in the county.

The majority of the offences, 31,305, were captured on the M5, which runs for 33 miles between Gloucestershire and the West Midlands.
The remaining 4,086 were on the M50, which begins in Worcestershire at junction 8 of the M5, before passing through Gloucestershire and Herefordshire until its terminus outside Ross-on-Wye.
