The majority of the offences, 31,305, were captured on the M5, which runs for 33 miles between Gloucestershire and the West Midlands.

The remaining 4,086 were on the M50, which begins in Worcestershire at junction 8 of the M5, before passing through Gloucestershire and Herefordshire until its terminus outside Ross-on-Wye.
