THREE masked people were seen nearby after a motorbike was stolen in Malvern.
Police have said they believe that an angle grinder was used to cut a chain that had secured the motorbike to the ground on Madresfield Road.
Officers have already retrieved the vehicle but are appealing for witnesses to the incident, which took place overnight on between Tuesday (February 17) and Wednesday (February 18).
They are also looking to identify three people who were seen in the area in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
