THE owners of a café at a country house in Colwall have said they are "delighted" to be reopening after suffering financial difficulties.
Linda Camp, who owns Barton Court alongside partner James Meyer, has announced that the venue's Saw Mill Cafe will now reopen one day a week, months after it closed in the summer.
Ms Camp had said rising costs, including national insurance, utilities, ingredients, had contributed to their decision to close, as well as a change in customer habits.
Having frequently encountered former customers while out and about, Ms Camp said she realised how much she missed them, prompting the decision to reopen on Saturdays only.

"We are only going to open on Saturdays to see how it goes," she said.
"Every time I went out, I would bump into someone who had visited and I would feel really guilty when they said they had driven down and found it closed.
"We have really special people who used to come regularly."
After sharing the struggles the pair had faced earlier this month, Ms Camp said they had been "touched" by the response online.
"We're very much looking forward to it," she said. "We were touched by the nice things people have said.
"I feel really good about it. We have had so many nice comments and we're delighted to be able to see customers again.
"This is the kind of place that really comes alive when there are people here."
Preparations are now underway for the reopening, which will be on Saturday, October 25, including changes to the kitchen."
"We have tweaked the kitchen a bit so it's going to function a lot better," Ms Camp said. "It's going to look a bit different as people come in."
The café will offer a range of cakes and hot drinks, as well as some savoury options later on.
"We normally had a good range of cakes and things for vegans and people who are gluten intolerant," Ms Camp said.
"We will have fantastic local coffee and tea."
