"EPIC battles and immersive displays" are on the agenda as hundreds of reenactors are set to descend on a town.
Visitors will be taken back through 2000 years' worth of action after Worcestershire Living History Show organisers revealed it will return this year.
Around 800 soldiers and civilians will re-enact various periods of history in one weekend, from battles fought in Roman times to the First and Second World Wars.
The event, which takes place on Fish Meadow in Upton, is the biggest multi-period living history and battle re-enactment in the region.
This show, in particular, is set to be the biggest one Worcester Re-enactors have hosted so far.
Brian Bullock, chair of Worcester Re-enactors, said: “This event is a fantastic opportunity for visitors to step back in time and experience history in a hands-on, exciting way.
“It’s our biggest show yet, and we can’t wait to share it with everyone in Upton and beyond.
"Epic battles, immersive displays, and engaging activities will take you from the Roman Empire through the Medieval era, English Civil Wars, the Napoleonic period, and beyond."
The event will also have food and drink stalls, a beer tent and a bustling market.
It will occur on Saturday, September 21, between 10am and 5pm and Sunday, September 22, between 10am and 4pm.
