A MALVERN councillor says progress is being made to calm traffic at a 'dangerous' road despite yet another crash that saw a car end up on its roof.
Emergency services were called to Madresfield Road at around 10.20pm on Saturday, August 3, with a woman taken to hospital as a precautionary measure.
Councillor Beverley Nielsen has now said she hopes Vehicle Activated Signs will be in place this week.
Two fire crews from Malvern Fire Station were called to the smash, which involved two vehicles, one of which was on its roof and was unable to be made safe.

Two people had managed to get out of the car before the arrival of the fire service and the driver was handed to the care of the ambulance service.
Police also attended the crash.
The driver sustained no apparent injuries but was taken to the Alexandra Hospital in Redditch as a precautionary measure.
This crash comes just weeks after the last incident on Madresfield Road, which happened at around 8.30am on Tuesday, July 9 and saw a road closure put in place.
Following that crash, residents claimed there had been years worth of crashes on the 'dangerous' road resulting in serious injuries and even deaths and called for action to be taken.
At the time, Worcestershire County Council said once a police report had been received it would look at any traffic calming measures that may be required at this location with the local county councillor.
Cllr Nielsen said: "I am very sorry to hear about the accident and my thoughts are with those affected.
“Since the last incident, the Vehicle Activated Sign positions are in place and I am anticipating our colleagues in the town council will deploy the units at the location this week.
"I hope this will help in reducing any speeding issues.
"It is difficult to comment further until we have information about the cause of the accident.
"Highways are investigating and returning to me although as they’ve noted it will take time to get a police report through.”
A Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said:
"The incident involved two vehicles, one of which was on its roof and was unable to be made safe.
"Two people had self-extricated before the arrival of the fire service and one female casualty was handed over to the care of the ambulance service who attended along with police."
