Plans to build a three-bedroom house on the site of a demolished bungalow have been put forward.

A previous scheme to replace a derelict bungalow at 2 Hayslan Avenue in Malvern with a new one-storey house was approved by the district council in April 2022.

The bungalow has since been knocked down and the applicants have now submitted fresh plans to build a two-storey house with three bedrooms.

They say it will be located “as far as possible” on the footprint of the old house.

“We propose to limit the height of this building by constructing low eaves and installing dormer windows and Velux rooflight windows where appropriate,” they say in a planning statement.
