A plan to build a new house at the end of a cul-de-sac in Malvern has been approved.

The scheme will see a new property built in the garden of 34 Meadway, a large plot of land at the side of the house.

Access to number 34 would be widened to also serve the new house and plans submitted to Malvern Hills District Council say there is enough room for parking for two vehicles for each property.

While outline planning permission has been granted, the developers will still need to come back to the council for further approval on more detailed plans.
