A SPECIAL dedicated garden designed to raise money for a children's hospital will appear at this year's Malvern Spring Festival.
The garden will be on display in order to raise funds for The Grand Appeal, which is the official charity of The Bristol Children’s Hospital.
Designed by Suzy Dean, paediatric intensive care consultant at Bristol Children’s Hospital, the hope is not only to raise money but also to raise national awareness of the work done there.
All money raised will go towards helping The Grand Appeal continue funding life-saving pieces of equipment to housing families free in one of their three home-from-homes.
Dr Dean said: "As someone who works at Bristol Royal Hospital for Children I know the fantastic work that The Grand Appeal does supporting staff and families.
"When I decided to create a show garden I knew I wanted to do it in aid of a charity and The Grand Appeal was the natural choice."
The Malvern Spring Festival will be held from May 9-12 at the Three Counties Showground.
