The team at a Malvern hairdressers recently rallied its forces to help feed the homeless and vulnerable at Worcester Street Cafe.
The staff at Andrew Slater Hairdressing, in Malvern Link, bought, prepared and served ingredients for 55 hot meals and the same number of hot puddings.
The cafe operates outside the Salvation Army on Trinity Street, providing hot meals, hot and cold drinks, and goody bags with the support of volunteers.
The salon staff not only donated their own money to purchase necessary provisions, but also gave their time to prepare and serve the meals on a cold night.
