She said on Wednesday night: "We are approaching 48hrs now. Someone has to have seen or spoken to her.

"Help bring our baby home. We are worried sick and can't rest until she is home.

"Any information, call us or the police. Any information is welcome, even if you think it's small -  it could help us a lot."

When she went missing, Alissa was wearing black tracksuit bottoms and possibly a black Canada Goose coat.

It's believed she may be in the Worcester or Malvern areas.

Since her disappearance, an outpouring of sadness has been felt across the city, with many residents wanting to help the family in the search.

Another added: "Really hoping she is ok!

"In the tiniest hope that she is reading this - please find a way to get to help Alissa.

"Nothing is too big that it can't be sorted, I promise!

"Find someone safe to talk to and let your family know you're safe even if you're not ready to go home. There are so many people who are hoping you are ok."
