A COURT case against England football star Jack Grealish has been adjourned.
The 28-year-old's case was listed at Worcester Magistrates Court on Thursday, February 15.
The Manchester City footballer did not attend the court, the case instead being dealt with administratively.
Grealish, of Cherry Hill Road, Barnt Green, is accused of one charge of exceeding the 30mph speed limit in contravention of a Local Traffic Order -manned equipment.
The former Aston Villa player is also accused of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver/rider of a vehicle when required.
The crown alleges the offences were committed on July 17, with Grealish accused of speeding in a Land Rover in Station Road, Wythall.
The Sun newspaper reported earlier this week that his agent has told them the hearing was a “mix up.”
Worcester Magistrates Court staff have told the Worcester News the case has been adjourned and the case is now listed for a plea hearing on May 8 at the court.
