The renovation of a building to form a retail unit with three flats headlines this week's planning list from Malvern Hills District Council.
This is one of many applications submitted this week, with proposals across the district.
As part of the aforementioned proposals, at 8 Worcester Road in Malvern, permission is being sought to refurbished the existing structure into a shop unit, along with three flats as well as a single-storey extension at the rear.
Over at Northcot on Como Road in Malvern, there are plans to demolish an existing side extension and build a new house and detached garage.
This is a modification on a previous permission, which was altered to adjust plot measurements.
The Cricket Ground on Regency Road in Malvern, wishes to introduce a synthetic cricket wicket, measuring 2.74m by 30m.
Whiting Ash Farm in Berrow has proposals for a steel-frame storage building to be used for grain storage purposes.
Permission for a single storey rear extension at Grove Cottage on Royall Grove in Upton Upon Severn has also been sought.
Lastly, at Moorecroft on West Malvern Road, a refurbishment including an extension to the garage and a new roof build has been proposed.
