Worcester News readers have been discussing their favourite "unspoilt" pubs in the area.

The favourites span from Malvern to Grimley, with commenters on Facebook praising the genuine, preserved character of the establishments.

Lisa Friend praised "The Camp House" in Grimley, which Carrie-Ann Sheppard echoed.

Colin Murphy preferred the "Mug House" in Claines, while Kate Dean's favourite is "The Brewers" in West Malvern.

Mac Mcfarlane listed four spots: "The Imperial Tavern - The Dragon Inn - The King Charles House - The Paul Pry", all of which are in Worcester.

Colleen Cooper concurred, naming "The Dragon" and "The King Charles".

Rick Ormerod also gave a few Worcester recommendations, writing: "Cardinal’s Hat, The Plough, The Imperial."

Karen Nicklin favoured "The Plough" too, as did Andy Melville.

Roger King and Rene Johnson both praised "The Bell Inn" in Lower Broadheath, and Karen Nicklin also voiced her preference for "The Plough", which proved the most popular choice in the comments section.

Alibabba Jambo teasingly remained anonymous on his favourite spot, saying, "It’s unspoilt because I don’t tell everyone about it."

Multiple recommendations came from Lauren Joyner, who mentioned "Mug House, Cardinals Hat, The Bell Inn", and Nigel Tyler who also suggested The Cardinal's Hat alongside: "Paul Pry and Three Kings Inn".

Derick Bodie Hine named "The Fruiterers Arms" in Ombersley and "The Hop Pole" in Droitwich as his favourites.

Michael Gale favoured "Fox and Hounds" in Lulsley, meanwhile Miles Flora enjoys "Eagle Vaults" in Worcester.

The Dewdrop in Lowe Broadheath and The Old Bush in Callow End also received shout outs from Susan Parkes and Kate Gilkison, respectively.

Lesley Doreen Hollis gave her choice based on the food offerings, commenting: "Paul Pry does a great Sunday roast", which was another pub that received a plethora of recommendations in the comment section.
