A Malvern road was closed by police on Saturday afternoon.
A number of police cars were in Graham Road, near the junction with Church Street, on Saturday, December 9.
An eyewitness said there was glass from a nearby building in the road and on the pavement.
They believed a window had blown out from an upstairs flat, possibly because of the heavy winds on Saturday.
