A driver was lucky to walk away unharmed after a 4x4 was involved in a crash near Bromyard.

Firefighters from Bromyard Fire Station were called to an incident in Avenbury yesterday (Saturday, December 9) at 4pm.

A motorist was rescued from a 4x4 that had left the road.

Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said the driver was “fortunately unharmed and discharged at the scene by West Midlands Ambulance Service”.

They said the incident was left in the hands of West Mercia Police.
