Malvern firefighters were called to a chimney fire in Callow End.
A Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crew from Malvern Fire Station was called at 20.30pm yesterday (Wednesday, November 8) to a chimney fire in Pixham, Callow End.
“The chimney was fully rodded with some residual heat remaining,” said a fire service spokesman.
“Chimney gear and a thermal imaging camera were also deployed.
“A reinspection was carried out at 3am with residual heat still remaining so a further reinspection was carried out at 8am and the incident was marked as pending closure at 8.50am.
“There were no casualties and no other emergency services attended.”
