“The past year at Arrange My Escape has been a whirlwind, and I am so thankful to the amazing team I work with who have helped me excel here. I hope to continue what I am doing at this award-winning agency and am very excited to see what is to come in the future.”

Judges described Ryan as a “shining star who ticked every box”, praising his focus on sustainability and support for regional Pride celebrations.

They also praised Rosie’s “incredible maturity” and said she has already taken charge of agency’s presence at wedding fairs.

TTG Media editorial director Pippa Jacks said: “The Travel Industry Awards by TTG are the toughest awards in the travel sector, with a combination of written submissions, agent rating and video interviews that truly put companies and travel professionals through their paces, so any finalists who take home a trophy on the night should feel incredibly proud of their achievement.”
