THE sale of Malvern Town Council’s office in Belle Vue Terrace is “going according to plan”.
Town clerk Linda Blake issued a quick update to councillors at a full council meeting on Wednesday (September 6).
The council is currently in the process of selling its Great Malvern office.
Ms Blake said documents had been exchanged and due diligence was taking place.
The town council is also hoping for planning permission so it can begin work on its proposed headquarters in Victoria Park.
The comments on the planning application have now closed and Malvern Town Council has recently submitted a road management document at the request of planning officers.
