HUNDREDS of residents in the Malvern area have been reporting problems with broadband connections.
The issue appears to be affecting customers of companies that use the BT Openreach network - these include BT, Vodafone, Sky, TalkTalk and Plusnet.
Some residents are saying their connection is completely cut off and others have reported their broadband is coming on and off.
Meanwhile, their connection was down but is now back on.
A number of people have seen Openreach engineers working in St Andrew’s Road and Court Road in Malvern.
The issue is affecting a much larger area, though, with connection problems reported in Upton, Poolbrook Common, Malvern Wells and Hanley Swan.
The first reports suggest the issue started at about 3pm yesterday (Wednesday, July 6).
