A MALVERN shop is expecting a visit from a VIP (very important pig) on Bank Holiday Monday.
Percy Pig will be visiting the M&S store in the retail park from 8.30am to 12pm on Monday, May 8.
Store staff are inviting people to come down and say hello or even “oink oink” to what they say is “everyone’s favourite pig”.
The character, which takes its name from a range of sweets, has become something of a mascot for M&S.
In April 2022, the opening of a new store in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, was celebrated with the installation of a large fibreglass Percy Pig statue on the roof.
