A MALVERN man has been ordered to pay over £1,000 for driving without a licence and tyres with insufficient tread depth.
Cameron Graham, 21, drove a KTM motorcycle on Harbinger Avenue without a licence on Friday, September 23.
The grooves of the tread pattern of a tyre fitted to the rear wheel of the motorbike were not of a depth of at least 1.6mm throughout a continuous band, comprising the central three-quarters of the breadth of the tread and around the entire outer circumference of the tyre.

Graham, Tennyson Drive, had both charges proved in a single justice procedure at Worcester Magistrates' Court on Friday, April 14.
He was fined a total of £700 for both charges and was made to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £264.
Graham was also made to pay costs of £90 and his driving record was endorsed with three points.
He has until Friday, May 12 to pay the total balance of £1014.
