JLS singer Aston Merrygold is among the latest acts confirmed to be playing a Worcestershire music festival this summer.

Mello Festival has announced its full line-up for 2023 - and there are plenty of household names on the bill.

Noughties boy band Blue is headlining the festival’s main stage on Saturday, May 27 in what will be a nostalgic set for many festival-goers.

Before them, Aston Merrygold will take to the stage. The BRIT-award winner will be performing some of his own tracks but you can expect him to throw some JLS favourites into the mix, too.

Also playing the festival’s main stage on the Saturday will be Lady Marga MC, Cassa Jackson and Deco.

Mello kicks off on Friday, May 26 and the whole festival is being held at Quay & Pattern Meadow in Upton-on-Severn.

The Hoosiers, famous for their hit ‘Worried About Ray’ are first up on the main stage at 7pm.

They’ll be followed by Glastonbury rockers Reef and Fun Lovin’ Criminals frontman Huey Morgan.

The music also starts in the Big Top on May 26 with Andy Bennet, formerly of Ocean Colour Scene, and the Big Band of Boom. Superstar DJ Brandon Block will also be playing on the Friday night if house anthems are more your thing.
