The Kings Arms, Ombersley
A 15th century black and white timber-framed pub full of character, The Kings Arms boasts cost dining areas, comfy bar seating and a private room for hire, not to mention the beer garden.
There’s also private accommodation consisting of three double bedrooms, a lounge, office, kitchen and bathroom.
Right now there’s a self-employed management opportunity at the pub, with a minimum ingoing cost of £10,360 but no rent payable according to findmypub.com, which says the landlords are looking for a great operator with a passion for serving “fantastic food in a great country pub”.
Red Lion Inn, Powick
The landlords of the Red Lion, which is one of the oldest pubs in the village, are looking for a publican with catering skills to take it on.
A traditional village pub, the Red Lion has a lounge bar with a pool table and space for a large TV screen. There is also seating and tables for about 60 covers, plus a decent-sized trade kitchen that is currently unused.
There are also five tables outside on the patio and good sized private accommodation, featuring two bedrooms, a modern kitchen and large lounge.
There’s an ingoing cost of £9,250 and an annual rent of £25,000.
The New Inn, Malvern
This pub in Lower Howsell Road has an ingoing cost of £5,360 for a self-employed manager, with no rent payable.
There’s a log burning fire and a number of TVs to show sports. Findmypub.com says there’s a strong wet trade with the opportunity to increase food sales thanks to a recent housing development nearby.
There’s also a substantial outside area with children’s playground and large car park.
Other management opportunities around the county include the Oak Apple in Spetchley Road, Worcester, the Railway Inn in Droitwich and the Little Pack Horse in Bewdley.
