A MAN will be sentenced later this week for using threatening behaviour in a Malvern kebab shop.
Vasko Panov admitted affray, assault occasioning actual bodily harm and making a threat to kill.
The 49-year-old admits affray, which took place between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2020, in Upton Pizza and Kebab shop in Old Street, Malvern.
He also assaulted and threatened a woman on October 18 last year.
Panov, whose address is listed as HMP Hewell, has previously been told he faces prison.

He was due to be sentenced at Worcester Crown Court on Monday, (October 24), but it did not go ahead as an interpreter wasn't available.
Panov, who has been remanded in custody, will now be sentenced at the court on Wednesday, October 26.
