Roadworks are causing delays this morning
Motorists in Upton are being warned of traffic delays.
Roadworks are in place near the roundabout that connects Hanley Road, Church Road and the A4104.

Work being carried out by Cadent Gas yesterday (Sunday, August 15) overran because of a cable strike, according to Worcestershire Highways.
