Two people have been arrested as police visited car washes to investigate modern slavery.
West Mercia Police officer Dee Stanley was among a team visiting hand car washes in the Malvern area today due to concerns that vulnerable people may be being exploited at work.
The police were joined by partners from Malvern Hills District Council, Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority and Immigration to ensure people working at the car washes were being treated fairly and weren't victims of Modern Slavery.
Two arrests were made during the visits this morning.
