A MAN has appeared in court charged with being involved in a drug dealing plot.
Sark Kennedy appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court and offered no plea to the charge.
The 25-year-old is accused of conspiracy to supply a class A drug, cocaine, between January 1, 2020 and August 26, 2021.
Kennedy, of Cowleigh Road, Malvern, was unrepresented as his solicitor’s firm had not provided a representative for the hearing on Thursday, (July 16).

But the court clerk explained to Kennedy, who appeared on a videolink, the case would have to go to the higher crown court anyway.
Judith Hulland, chairman of the magistrates bench, told Kennedy the case was being adjourned for a pre-trial preparation hearing that will take place at Worcester Crown Court on July 22.
