POLICE in Malvern have promised to crack down on nuisance mini motor riders in the town.
Officers from the Malvern Safer Neighbourhood Team said they had received a number of calls concerning youths riding the small motorcycles in various areas of the town.
The vehicles are illegal for road use and do not have permission to be ridden on the fields they are currently being used on.
A spokesperson said: "We are aware of nuisance vehicles being ridden in the area.
"Continued patrols of Ramsons Close, Maybank, North End Lane and Tomato Land Fields are being carried out.

"Please call us at the time should you witness any mini motor being ridden in the area.
"Such vehicles are not legally registered to be ridden on road, nor do they have permission to be ridden on the fields.
"Lots of people walk their dogs in the area and young families also enjoy the fields.
"We will deal any individuals found riding any such vehicles in the area accordingly."
