A WORCESTER man allegedly ran a red light and failed to identify a driver when asked by police.
Zahid Hussain, 36, allegedly failed to identify a Volkswagen driver when required by or on behalf of the Chief Officer of Police for West Mercia, which drove through a red light at the Foregate Street junction with Shaw Street in Worcester city centre, on May 21 2020.
Hussain, of Wylds Lane, Worcester, previously pleaded not guilty to both charges on February 23 2022.
He is due to return to Worcester Magistrates' Court tomorrow (Wednesday, 18 May).
