A ROYAL visitor dropped in to Malvern for the renowned RHS Spring festival.
The Princess Royal was at the event today to present the award for best exhibit in the floral marquee.
Southfields Cactus Nursery won and Princess Anne presented the award to Linda Goodey.
Harriett Baldwin, the MP for West Worcestershire, met her at the event, held Three Counties Showground.
She said: "It's a great honour to welcome the Princess Royal back to Malvern."
Others visiting the festival at Malvern were excited to see Princess Anne, not expecting to bump into royalty on their day out.
The RHS tweeted to say that a garden was created to honour the upcoming Platinum Jubilee.
