A NEW cafe and tanning salon is opening its doors to customers for the first time this weekend.
Sunbeans allows customers to come in for a cuppa and get a tan, with the first customers being welcomed on Saturday (April 30).
The business was set up by Claire Dockerill, Michelle Jenkins and Christina Evans, combining sunbeds with coffee and tea.
Speaking ahead of the opening, Mrs Jenkins said: "We’ve all been friends for a very long time and decided there was a gap in the market for a sunbed and coffee shop in Malvern Link that is open Monday to Saturday.
"As well as serving a variety of coffees, teas, other hot drinks, slush drinks, milkshakes and cold drinks, we will be offering light snacks plus brownies and cakes from Baked To Share and The Sweet Greeks.
"We have art on our walls from local artist Christine Hunaban which will be available to purchase.
"We also have Tracey Stevenson in our treatment room every Wednesday offering aesthetic treatments."
Sunbeans opens from 9am on Saturday and is in Richmond Road, Malvern Link.
