A man has been banned from Malvern until his trial for alleged threats to kill and assault.
Stephen Price, aged 57, will stand trial next month, accused of threatening to kill and causing actual bodily harm to a woman, namely Denise Price, in Malvern on March 10 of this year.
Price, from Holmer Road in Hereford, pleaded not guilty to both charges on Monday, April 25.
The trial has been set for May 23 at Worcester Crown Court.
Until this time, Price has been released on bail under the condition that he does not contact, either directly or indirectly, Ms Price or a Matthew Tandy.
He is also barred from entering Malvern.
These conditions have been placed on him in order to prevent interference with witness or obstruct the course of justice.
