JOHNNY Depp stars in the title role of Sweeney Todd, the Demon Barber of Fleet Street (18), the Tim Burton-directed film version of Stephen Sondheim's Broadway hit musical.
An innocent barber is unjustly imprisoned for an offence he didn't commit, is eventually released, only to find his family destroyed by the evil Judge Turpin (Alan Rickman).
He vows a terrible revenge against society and joins forces with Mrs Lovett (Helena Bonham-Carter), creator of some diabolical meat pies.
Sweeney Todd is showing at Malvern Cinema for seven days from today (Friday, February 1). Screenings are 7pm daily, with 4.30pm
