The most and least expensive streets in Malvern have been revealed.

Five years’ worth of sold house price data from houses sold across the WR13 and WR14 postcodes was used to compile the lists.

Old Church Road, Merebrook Close and Evendine Lane have some of the highest-valued homes across the area.

Some of the cheapest residential streets in Malvern include Graham Road, Worcester Road and Church Street.

Home sales company Property Solvers tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2016 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across the WR13 and WR14 postcodes.

In Old Church Road in Colwall, four properties sold for an average of £922,537, making it the most expensive street in the Malvern area. Merebrook Close in Malvern saw three properties sold for an average of £771,666.

Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.

“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property in Cradley sold for £1,100,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £122,000 and under in Sherrards Green Road, Elgar Avenue and Apple Orchard Close.”
