Temperatures are to plummet below freezing tonight as people have been warned fog is also on its way to Worcestershire.
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for fog from 10.00pm tonight (11 January) to 12.00pm tomorrow (12 January) across Worcestershire.
Meanwhile temperatures are set to drop tonight as low as -3°C.
The Met Office has warned that the fog is likely to cause some travel disruption overnight and during Wednesday morning, such as via slower journey times with possible delays to bus and train services.
Worcestershire County Council will be gritting the roads this evening from 6pm as temperatures could drop to -3°C, causing risks of hoar frost and ice.
They are encouraging drivers to take care and stay safe on the roads.
